A Team Approach to Dermatology

At the foundation of our dermatology practice is a staff of highly trained professionals. Dr. Stetler, Dr. Polder, and Dr. Feetham spend time with each patient in a private environment to develop open and comfortable communication. Dr. Lori D. Stetler founded the Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics. A clinical professor, national speaker and trainer for several pharmaceutical companies, Dr. Stetler integrates the latest techniques for the wide range of procedures available at her practice.

Dr. Kristel Polder has served as a Principal Investigator for major pharmaceutical companies, as a clinical researcher and Adjunct Assistant Professor teaching residents and medical students.  She has given over 100 lectures on topics ranging from laser surgery to advanced injection techniques. Dr. Polder has served as a trainer for several aesthetics companies.  She joined the practice in 2011. 

Dr. Jill Feetham is an accomplished, board-certified dermatologist specializing in skin cancer education and early detection, along with cosmetic dermatology and clinical research. She’s passionate about helping patients maintain healthy skin. Dr. Feetham is an assistant clinical professor and regularly teaches dermatology residents cosmetic techniques. 

In addition to the exceptional care offered by our dermatologists, you’ll have access to a staff of medical professionals that are committed to addressing your medical and cosmetic needs. Our physician assistants,  Jennifer Scheiderich PA-C, and Damaris Iridondo PA-C bring extensive experience in medical dermatology to our practice. Our clinical medical aesthetician are highly involved in staying current on the latest trends. Our team will guide you through every step of the treatment process, and we’ll be available to address your needs at any point down the road.

Developing Your “Total Skin Rejuvenation” Plan

Dr. Stetler, Dr. Polder, and Dr. Feetham work closely with each cosmetic patient to develop a “Total Skin Rejuvenation” plan that integrates a variety of cosmetic treatments tailored to individual needs and goals. During your consultation, your doctor will ask, “What bothers you most about your skin?” She will then listen closely as you describe your skin concerns, as well as the types of changes you’d like to see. This process typically takes about 20 to 30 minutes.

Once your doctor has a better understanding of your aesthetic priorities, she will recommend the most beneficial treatment(s) and suggest complementary procedures that can benefit you. You will be provided with a comprehensive skin rejuvenation plan with the doctor’s suggestions regardless of whether or not you choose treatment.
